Information Security Policy

PixelX Inc. (operating as Yodo Labs) recognizes that the safe and appropriate management of information assets — including those entrusted to us by our customers — is fundamental to our business. We commit to the following information security principles.

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the principles by which PixelX Inc. preserves the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets handled in the course of our business — including customer imagery data, personal information, technical information, and operational records.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all officers, employees, contractors, and third-party partners who access information assets held by PixelX Inc.

3. Principles

  1. Legal compliance. We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Computer Access, as well as relevant standards and contractual obligations.
  2. Governance. The Chief Executive Officer serves as the chief information security officer. A cross-functional structure ensures coordinated management of information security.
  3. Safeguards. We identify and assess threats and risks to information assets and implement appropriate organizational, personnel, physical, and technical controls.
  4. Access control. Access to information assets is granted only to personnel with a legitimate business need, in accordance with the principle of least privilege.
  5. Supplier management. We require equivalent or higher security standards from our subprocessors and supervise them through contracts and periodic review.
  6. Awareness and training. We provide ongoing information security education and awareness activities to all members of the organization.
  7. Incident response. If a security incident occurs, we respond promptly to identify the scope, minimize impact, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  8. Continuous improvement. We continuously review and improve this policy and related internal procedures in response to changes in technology, the threat landscape, and applicable law.

4. Handling of AI and Imagery Data

Reflecting the nature of our work with drone, CCTV, dashcam, and field-camera imagery, we adhere to the following:

  • Customer imagery is used only within the scope defined in the applicable contract.
  • Access to imagery data is strictly controlled and logged.
  • When imagery is used for the training or evaluation of AI models, we apply anonymization, masking, or other appropriate measures as required by contract and law.
