A model for sites in operation. We build the baseline once; after that, the video from your usual rounds keeps it current, finds what changed on each asset and measures the space.

Walk your usual route with a 360° camera
Upload the video as it is. Every asset in frame is placed on the baseline and matched to its ledger row; assets the ledger lacks come back as proposed rows.

Each asset compared with the last round
The route can differ every time; the same asset is found again by position and shape. Stains, rust and leaks are read from the images, moves, tilts and missing items in 3D.

Changes go to work orders and the ledger
Each change comes with a priority, photos and its 3D position, drafted as a CMMS work order, a ledger update or a line in the monthly report. A person approves each one.

Safety and fixed positions
Each round checks the site against how it should be: valve states, extinguisher positions, aisle widths, panel doors.
Space and capacity
Free floor and rack space totalled by zone from the walk video, for storage reports and layout plans.
Unseen faces are marked
Each face of an asset records whether it was captured. A missed face shows its last image and date, and the next round is told where to film it from.
